Adroit Estates Management

Adroit Estates owns and manages a portfolio of properties across the UK, the React Cooling team manage the HVAC and FM services for the entire portfolio including the head quarters at Romsley Point,
Service at Romsley Point include full HVAC management and FM services for both Adroit Commercial Group and their tenants onsite.
HVAC Services include:
  •  All onsite repairs and continuous maintenance
  • Electrical FM including PAT testing and emergency light testing
  • Fire alarm servicing
  • Water temperature testing and descaling, legionella sampling and testing
  • Security Maintenance including servicing barriers, security gates, access points within the building and roller shutters
  • Health and Safety auditing reports
 The huge range of services are carried out by both the HVAC and FM specialists in the React Cooling team giving Adroit Estate Management an end to end service delivery for their flagship site.
The team have been great in aiding the adaption of the property for changing client needs and change of use, for example recently converting a large storage area into two additional large offices to house more teams working at the main site, Romsley point.
React Cooling have managed all onsite HVAC and FM needs for Adroit Estates at their flagship site at Romsley Point, since it opened in 2023 as well as Adroit’s portfolio of properties across the UK since it’s launch.
